Prior to Thomson Reuters she served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Product Management at Advent Software, General Manager at Vestek and Consulting Manager at Interactive Data. She has an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Chief Financial OfficerDavid has more than 25 years of experience managing early stage technology companies through rapid growth. He served as CFO of Krux Digital, Inc. before and after its acquisition by Salesforce. He also previously worked as Director of Investment Banking for Centaur Partners, and as either CFO or VP of Finance for four other companies. He holds a Series 79 FINRA and has an MBA from Suffolk University.
Global Sales ManagerDavid has more than 25 years of experience leading corporate strategy and product innovation, helping companies to expand into new markets. At MarkMonitor, David provided leadership for the company’s business in both Asia Pacific and Latin America. Prior to MarkMonitor, David was founder and CEO of NetAcumen, Inc., which was acquired by Responsys, Inc. He has a BA in Mathematics/Computer Science and Sociology from Emory University.

Chief Data and Analytics OfficerDr. Malinak previously served as Global Head of Content Analytics for Thomson Reuters, where his team developed innovative predictive analytics and evaluated novel data sets. Stephen worked as Director of Quantitative Research for StarMine prior to its acquisition by Thomson Reuters. He has a Ph.D. and M.S. from Stanford in Engineering-Economic Systems and a Bachelor of Science in EE/CS from MIT.
Head of Product and DesignA seasoned creative thinking, product leader and designer, Mark has over 20 years of experience in product innovation and strategy, UX design, branding and marketing. Mark has previously led product initiatives at Yahoo!, Cisco, Razorfish in addition to having worked with dozens of innovative start-ups as an investor, advisor, or mentor. He has a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a B.S in Structural Engineering with a Minor in Architecture from UC Berkeley.
